Delicious! And not too greasy. I got 4 flavors and Atole to drink. Service was so fast! Everything tasted super, and it was a nice quick dinner. My only disappointment was that the red sauce wasn't very spicy. I would love more sauce varieties, or more spice.

I love these pambacitos, which are fried dough that puffs up and is filled with different stews. My favorite is the stewed pork rind, but the potato and chorizo one is also delicious, as is the dried pork rind. They sell a delicious corn on the cob, which is also delicious, and also some soft drinks. It's a super traditional place that you can't miss in Escandon.
